Not the best. Booked rooms months in advance for a wedding for family members and they called and tried to cancel it while we were in the middle of the rehearsal. I called back and talked to someone and thought I cleared it up but when my aunt went to check in they kept telling her they couldn’t find the booking in my aunts name after I had called twice and told them to leave it in the notes that I was booking the hotel but my aunt would be the one staying. Not very good service at all.
