We will never return to this hotel. Michelle was rude. Room was dirty. Wrong room given at checkin. Breakfast has gone way down hill. Housekeeping didnt come our two day stay.

Wonderful stay

The front desk staff was amazing I checked in, and my phone battery was running low. I didn’t have a charger and they explained to me that I could use my car charger to plug it into the USB plug in the room and it worked great. the room was spotless and clean and fresh Breakfast was awesome and check out was at noon. I enjoyed the later check out.

Hotel staff were very friendly, from check-in, housekeeping, and check-out. I felt very welcome there. I received an upgrade to my room at no additional charge and i was very impressed with room 330. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Parking was in the front of the hotel only and i was unable to see my vehicle, which im weird and prefer to be able to see it. Next time, ill request a room facing the front of the building, no biggie! Id definitely return to this location!

Great stay for softball tournament

We travel for softball tournaments frequently. This is a great place to stay when we play at Rainbow Fields. The staff is very friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they serve breakfast at 6am for those families with early game times. We will definitely stay here again.

Another client verbally threatened me ! She looked like a street worker and on some type of drugs. I don’t think that creates a safe environment for your clients. Staff was escorting her out. However that should Never been an issues nor should have happened
