The manager was incredibly helpful when it came to technical difficulties, and fixed the issue promptly themselves. The staff were very kind. The pool and views were to die for.

HI, Even though this place is right on the highway, it is quiet. The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Th kitchenette with microwave and fridge along with the coffee maker made it even more comfortable. The friendly staff at the front desk are ready to help. Wi-fi was good. No elevators but going down the small set of stairs was not an issue for me. Access to the beach is easily accessible and has stairs....going down is easy...coming back could be a bit of work for some. This is an older hotel so the walls are not all that thick...if slight noises disturb your sleep, best to use ear buds. I did and did not wake up until the bedside alarm set by a previous guest rang. I would stay here again.

Good, but…

Approaching the property makes you kind of nervous; the lobby is smelly and old. However, the room was updated, comfortable, and the view from our room was wonderful as it overlooked the Pacific Ocean. The room wasn’t refreshed (or checked on and cleaned between nights). The property is not maintained well. For example, there was a stairway to the beach, and it was beautiful, but the stairs looked like they were in rough shape, the trash was not collected as it full. Another example was that a wooden beam holding one of the buildings up was chipped away revealing the metal beam in the middle. The service was fine, but everyone seemed kind of fake, or they were trying way too hard. Overall, might go again, but the property needs to be updated and upgraded. Not worth the price, and would rather stay in Seabrook.

The view was amazing, the employees were great. We had a kitchen but the stove had only 2 burners that work and the large one didn't . The rest of the place was kinda old and beachy, but comfortable. We might stay there again if we have a chance

It is a unique place to stay. It feels like staying in a tree house above the ocean. I am looking forward to returning for a longer stay. It would be a wonderful place for an artist retreat.

Lack of clear communication regarding occupancy restrictions. Lack of heart or concern regarding attempts to keep us out of room due to that lack of clear communication. Oven almost immediately burned pizza family tried to cook after I was kicked out of room due to uncommunicated occupancy restrictions.
