The property as a whole seemed clean, well stocked and the front-desk staff friendly and accommodating. As for the room, our A/C choices were either hot or arctic blast, the phone didn't work, the beds were really lumpy, water pressure in the shower was low and two of the outlets in the bathroom were broken.

The property needs to update their GPS address. Waze and Google Maps could not find the exact address. I had to look for an address near the hotel so my wife could get close enough to visually see the hotel. When my wife checked out another couple asked her how she found the hotel because they also had trouble finfing it. The front desk clerk was unaware of the problem.

Overall it was a very average stay. I was very disappointed upon checking in finding blood stains on my pillow and the room had a slight mildew smell. Also, some of the breakfast items were still slightly frozen. It was somewhere to lay my head but nothing spectacular about this place at all.

AC works good when plugged in, lol.
I loved my stay! The only thing I would say isn’t really a complaint it’s something to watch out for. The plug to the AC came out of the wall during cleaning or by myself and I didn’t notice it till it was hot. That’s on me but it can get easily knocked out by a foot since it’s in between the bed and wall. I can report that the AC did catch up with the cooler temp once I plugged it back in in though.

The ladies at the front desk was great, helpful and professional. The overall appearance was clean. There were only three luggage carts of which I was able to get one upon check-in but there was non available for checkout. Breakfast was good, the area clean and staff helpful. Really my only disappointment was the smell in my room. It was clean however there was a mildewy smell of which may be the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom. With this having been a remodeled hotel it appears the carpet was not removed. I hope that the next guests will have a more enjoyable smell.

It was on par for my expectations
Hotel was okay, it was a nice place to stay but about what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was on par for the accommodations. I booked rooms for a large group and the check in proccess was hectic and very stressful. Otherwise the hotel stay was good and as expected. Probably a 3 or 4 star hotel stay.
