This Holiday Inn Express was not up to the standards that I am used to finding at other H.I.E locations It was old and worn out and in need of a good renovation, inside and out. The staff was excellent however, very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay here again though.

Lots of cockroaches!
They were super helpful and allowed us to check in early. We appreciated that. However, all of the cockroaches started to come out as it started to get dark. When we told the front desk, they had us go for the front desk to get roach spray. Since our kids were already asleep, we decided to spray and hope for the best. When we woke up, there were several huge cockroaches that had died in the night. Our son was also bitten by something while sleeping and ended up with a big rash. We ended up leaving early and chose to forego our 2nd night there. Will choose a different hotel next time.

We really enjoyed the town of Fairhope and the hotel was very nice. I would have liked to have stayed longer but with the hurricane coming we had to cut the trip short by a day. But, we will be back.

Convenient to Fair Hope dining and shopping. Renovations in progress so the property had construction dumpsters by our building. Staff was very friendly . Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property to stay at. It is well-kept, convenient to shopping, some attractions, and dining. The breakfasts are excellent, and the food is replenished quickly if running out. Special shout out to Crystal and Debbie at the front desk, and Sabina in housekeeping. These women were so nice, friendly, and always helpful. They deserve recognition. I will be back.

Overall good but AC was frigid and couldn’t be changed. They finally recommended we pull the plug. also toilet backed up. They found a plunger and resolved the problem. My son said his bed and pillows were very comfortable
