To start with when we (my sister and I, traveling alone) had to park in the back because a semi truck had taken at least 6 parking spaces. I let the check in clerk know. She didnt seem overly concerned. Our room smelled terrible at arrival. A musty, dirty mop kind of smell. Yuck! Then, this morning, no hot water!! Then, I needed to iron a shirt, and the iron didnt work. Leaked water all over the ironing board & half of my shirt. The bed was wonderful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to move rooms for a plumbing issue, but staff was very polite and moved us to another room very quickly. Parking was a little tight but overall fine.
