Stayed here many times. Excellent location, staff is very friendly and great. Only thing that happened was we payed before we arrived for King room and we were given two queens. Not a big deal.

Stay was great. The morning breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. I would like to suggest that some of the common area furniture (chairs) be replaced/updated. It's time.

The hotel needs updating compared to other alternatives. A/C was loud and room was hot no matter what I did, so I didn’t sleep well. There were 4 pillows on the bed & not one was decent. On the plus side, the location was great. Right in the heart of downtown. Sorry to say, but this was an average stay at best.

We showed up to the hotel for my daughter’s wedding weekend which we had booked this 7 months ago for them to tell us they had no reservation for us. The clerk was extremely rude and basically said there was nothing she could do even though I had all the confirmation codes ect. Cause a ton of unnecessary stress.

Hotel needs a complete remodel. The interiors are old and dated. Our room had an odd odor. Wallpaper in bathroom was yellowing and peeling from the walls. Overall just felt like a very “old” and “sad” hotel.

The property itself is older and have not gone through any modern upgrades. However, the bathrooms are large and the rooms are clean. There is a large area downstairs for breakfast. I found the staff to be friendly. The best part of this hotel is the location. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and bars within the 2 blocks of the cute downtown area. There are a ton of cute little shops, although most are only open until 5pm during the week. A free public parking garage right behind the hotel provided plenty of parking. Both the room and the hotel itself was quiet during the two nights that I stayed.
