Property Dirty parking lot, limited lighting for security reason, Ice machine not available, Shower in room not operable, Carpet dirty, Checking in very nice and professional, Staff treated guest with high ethical standards, No Luggage cart available for those with disability
Dirty mildew curtains was filthy carpet was dirty and smelled really bad people was moving in it was a welfare motel traffic in and out worse experience I ever had please take this off your page I was extremely disappointed
Worst hotel I ever stayed at. First the key card stop working multiple times during a one night stay. The breakfast only had waffles no meat at all. And the hotel hallway had trash and was smelly the whole stay.
Good location, but the property is pretty run-down. It's supposed to be non smoking, but our room smelled of weed. Front desk personnel were professional.

Incompetent Employees
Whole staff needs to be fired. Thought I was getting pranked. Absolutely unacceptable.
This experience was not good. Every day I had to get my key reset for 4 days to enter my room. The key to the door after hours NEVER WORKED. They have no blankets. My microwave was dirty and I had no toilet tissue, until I asked. The room had an odor so good I had Lysol and a candle. This place is not for me. One bed was broke and I’m glad I had a blanket
However, the staff was nice with what they were working with,
The room was dirty and was infested with roaches. They switch out room but it was still dirty with no towels or tissue. We checked out early because of it.
The first room I was given, I walked into water bottles on the bedside table, the beds still messed up from the last guests and trash in the receptacles. Room number two the beds were “made” but there was makeup on the pillows and hair on the fitted sheet. There was also hair in the tub, no drain cover and no shower curtain. The third room… beds still had pillow cases that looked unchanged, the blanket had dirt/debris on it and the tub was not all the way clean. Room number FOUR was on a different floor and appeared to be clean. Bedtime came and my daughter found a piece of metal in/on the blanket and then this morning woke up to go to the restroom and found a bug crawling on the toilet seat.
The manager stated she didn’t know how to give me a discount due to having booked through a third party, but gave me her personal cell number and requested that I call her directly the next time we’re in town and she would give me a discount and it would “be better” next time and that they’d only taken over management of the hotel two weeks ago.
The maintenance man, walked with me to try and find a clean room. He was amazing. The front desk attendant was also great. She actually stated she knew the way to do a discount and was trying to show the GM. Who then stated she would discount this stay and still wanted me to come back and try the hotel again. I went to check out this morning to find no discount had been done. So the managed lied to my face.
Why would I want to try again!?!
This particular lodge was tolerable at best. My room was clean and comfortable. However, I had to request a wastepaper basket because there was none in my room. Also, the ironing board was broken. Luckily, room service replaced it upon my request.
