No blankets on the beds, just the sheet and a thin bedspread, so sleeping was cold. No one keeping the breakfast area clean, so when we got there all tables were dirty and the counter with the food was dirty.

It was a very average hotel, but it was cheap and we felt safe. The room was very dingy and could really be improved if they would just replace the lightbulbs with some LED daylight lightbulbs. Our shower faucet did not work and would not mix the hot and cold water together. it was either scolding hot or ice cold. They should also not advertise a pool. Their pool is out of commission.

It served it’s purpose, it was a cheap, clean, and safe place to stay. Only complaint was pool is advertised, but not operational and appears to have been that way for a while.

Hotel owner genuinely cared that my weekend was as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. I will stay nowhere else in Monticello or Moab. They will have my business when in the area for life. I hope he sees this.
