Very nice place! I'd recommend to stay here. Staff was very friendly, rooms, lobby and grounds were clean. The only thing I didnt care for was the bed. It was way too soft for me, but others may love that.

Pool was dirty and restaurant needs some help getting orders right. I think due to software system Housekeeping is not automatic but I think there should be a simple way you can request more towels, toilet paper, coffee etc and if they aren’t servicing the room daily there should be larger trash cans. Just providing this feedback to be helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Shopped the store below the hotel many times. Never noticed the hotel. Was worried at first from the outside. Photos in the app made me think pool was connected to the hotel and it was across the way. When we checked in and went to the room we were pleasently suprised how big the rooms were. Had so much fun the first day we had to book a third day. They were good about helping us move rooms quickly for the extra day so we didnt have to put our stuff into the vehicle till check in for extra day! Thanks. We will stay here again!

Great hotel and location with terrible noise insulation. Traffic until 11:30pm on a busy weekend will keep you up. Use the earplugs.

Excellent staff; friendly and accommodating. Hotel is at downtown Moab; walkable to restaurants and shops. Area is safe at night. Less than 10 minutes to arches national park. We stayed in a king bedroom and it is spacious and clean. Has a fridge inside the room and microwave at the hallway; very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean. Modern aesthetics and furnishings. Targeted for people that enjoy outdoor sports but quite luxurious. The beds are heavenly. The showerhead is amazing. There are two sinks to accommodate couples/families, one inside the bathroom and one outside. The room has a fridge and safe. No microwave but there's one available in the hallway. There is now a restaurant on site. Mostly burgers but a few breakfast items. Safe area. Located downtown so walkable to restaurants and shopping. Downtown was quite lively on the weekends, so not quiet, but the hotel has good soundproofing. Easy parking but can be quite full. My only recommendation, put up a large well established sign for the hotel that will clearly designate the hotel's location

We had a handicap accessible room with a king bed. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The room looked great and had plenty of space. It was attractive. The problem was noise. We had to run the AC when out of the room turning it off when we were there. It was quite noisy. The other problem was street noise. Although we had a forth floor room, it was right over Main St. The traffic noise was extremely loud. At night, the roadway was still busy with tractor trailers passing through town. This was a shame as the accommodation would’ve been great had it been quieter.

Simply a nice place to stay. The amenities were on point. The rooms were clean and quiet. The Experience 88 restaurant was excellent. We ate breakfast there all three days. The burgers and beers are also fantastic. And it's all very walkable to the rest of Moab main street.
