This hotel is fine. They do not have any cooking equipment or utensils in the kitchen. The nice lady at the front desk supplied some things, but do not expect to have a pan, a decent chefs knife, glasses, or a cutting board for the kitchen. They do no clean the room. Someone also left diapers in the hallway and the entire north half of the hotel stank.

We only stayed for one night, but we were happy with our booking. The shower was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the quick food options in the lobby proved very convenient. We also loved the views!

Overall good place to stay in Moab. Very close to the national parks and to downtown Moab. The staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Room was spacious. Only problem is the wall is thin so you can hear your neighbor. Not much breakfast option inside the hotel.

Property was great other than: 1-Matress was terrible. Felt like a 20 year old matress with holes in it. 2-kitchenette was ok but no basics like salt and pepper. Website should have stated that.

Nice budget/longterm type accommodations. Wasn't particularly impressed by Moab, so it's unlikely I'll be staying there again regardless. 'My Place' was fine, but not posh by any means, and probably not a chain I will be seeking out again in the future. It wasn't bad, but it doesn't offer many amenities or the luxuries I typically seek out when on vacation.

The hotel looks new/remodeled. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Free parking close to front door. Nice luggage carts. Room desk table was mobile with wheels which was awesome. TV easy to use. Full refrig. and cooktop/microwave. Staff provided dishes for no fee. Even though on website says it will be a fee. Limited items so bring your own special dishes as needed. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Two queen bed room with plenty of space except bathroom way too small. Tub and bathroom countertop with lots of storage space was great but again the bathroom was a small box to get in and out of it. Would for sure stay at MY Place hotel again in the future.

The location is incredible! It is the second closest hotel to arches. The property seems newer. We were pretty much happy with everything, but felt that the mattresses were very low quality and we woke with aches and pains each morning. It was also annoying to have the kitchen entirely bare of cooking essentials. The hotel claims that people steal them all the time so you have to go downstairs and ask for a basket of cooking utensils.
