The room was a little expensive for what you get. The best amenities were the bike washing station and gear storage in the room. There is no freezer or microwave in the room, shared microwave down the hall, you do have an electric cooler. Gear and maps available at the hotel actually made it easy to grab something you forgot. Lots of shared space for visiting, great place to go as a group. Overall, I really liked the place.

The property and my stay, as such, was excellent. Nothing to complain about. In fact I really liked the fact the coffee is available as early as 5:30 AM. The only issue was the fact I needed to check out a day early and they were inflexible on refunding me the last night. Ok. No problem I still recommend the place.

This hotel is not very family oriented I would say. Not that they don’t want families to stay but because they don’t really have any amenities for a family. Like there are only two microwaves at the entire hotel one on each floor. No elevator no fridge just a small cooler. It’s more for minimalist that just want a bed and shower which is fine but there charging higher then places that have more sorry.

We had stayed a property before. We liked the camp style setting (vibe) in the rooms and front lobby / store. The beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Staff was very friendly. The lobby store is nice for any last mintue hiking or biking needs.

Field station caters to those who are traveling around Utah. With many stops it was so. Nice to have a place we could put our food and refrigerate our cold stuff. They have a very cool cooler to use. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The grounds include ping pong and an outdoor fire pit and lounge area as well as pool. It is an older motel redone so it is a little loud because the entry is inside and down a hall. Fortunately they have quiet hours from 10pm and 7am and everyone was respectful. Our dog has supersonic hearing !
