Over all the property was excellent and exceeded my expectation. Everything was spotless. The front staff was friendly. The overall aesthetic of the hotel was fresh and original. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of space for luggage or hiking equipment you may have. The beds were comfortable. Overall excellent place to stay while visiting Moab!

Do NOT stay here. You’ll get NO SLEEP

Where to begin? The ranking on this hotel as a 9.2 is an absolute joke. I saw 9.2 when I booked and assumed it would be an excellent hotel. First off it’s a refurbished chain motel. I assumed this was a cute boutique hotel. It is not that. They have stripped all carpet from the entire hotel so all you hear are doors slamming from morning to night. We heard 10 doors slam before 7 AM. And it is loud. So loud the first one woke me up at 6:15 AM. What’s the point of having a hotel room if you cannot sleep? The door slammed until almost 11 PM in the evening. It was a nightmare. Maybe put a note on the doors to remind people to close their doors slowly like we did. We made sure to never slam the door so to not disrupt other people sleep and rest. People are hiking all day! There are no microwaves in the room. I did like the coolers they have in the room to store your food, but that was about it. I would never stay at this hotel again. The front staff were not friendly at all in the evening. Except to recommend a restaurant. But the morning staff was a lot nicer. In the evening, when my key didn’t work, it was as though I was inconveniencing them. No apologies. They just handed me back a key and said nothing. Not good customer service. However, the morning guy who made our smoothies was very nice and kind. He’s the only reason I didn’t put a one star for everything at this hotel. Before trusting a number on the site, read the actual reviews. Do not stay at this hotel. Ever.

Property is comfortable. Storing bikes if not on first floor a bit of a hassle. Pool is a bit small. Staff is helpful. Have plenty of ice and fresh filtered water to fill up bottles, hydration systems etc. which is great.
