Day after first night (Tuesday, 9/24/24), no maid service in the room despite the room request tag was hung on the door for the maid. Had to request for towels to be delivered at 5 pm from front desk. Tuesday, (9/24/24) pool and hot tub was closed. The sign on the front desk said it was "due to weather conditions". Front desk attendant assured us pool & hot tub would be open the next day. Wednesday (9/25/24) pool and hot tub still closed "due to weather conditions". Sign on the pool gate said it was closed because pool chemicals were being added. Pool chemistry is super important. But, if a hotel has a pool and hot tub, they "should" have staff who knows how to maintain the chemicals. If they don't have the staff who know what they are doing, they need to outsource a 3rd party professional service to keep the pool and hot tub open. There are no shortage of hotels to select in Moab, all of which have pools and hot tubs. This reservation was made with the understanding there was a pool and hot tub. There was no weather condition(s) or event on Tuesday and Wednesday, but it was the sign they had and put it on the front desk. On a posiive note... breakfast was very good. Wiliam needs to be commended for keeping up with the demand and making sure everything was available for the morning crowd.

Hot tub and pool by the back exit. So didn’t have to go thru the lobby The desk staff and breakfast staff friendly. Accommodating The maid service supplied any things needed by hanging a checked list by 9am on the door knob Parking convenient. Well lit. Clean room and comfy bed!
