I always check my room over before we unpack anything. When I opened the bottom drawer, just behind it was a package of Sudafed pills that expired in 7/21. The most disturbing thing was when I looked under the bathroom vanity. It was disgusting! There was grime, pubic hair, dirt, candy and a syringe filled with liquid! You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I politely went to the front desk and explained the seriousness of the syringe and medication. Luckily, a few days before, we stayed in a different hotel with our grandkids, who crawl all over the place. The lady was very understanding and apologetic. But when the head housekeeper came in to remove the needle, she didn’t apologize and continued to blame a new housekeeper who might not have known to clean under the vanity. It is the head housekeepers responsibility to train the new hires, and double check those rooms, and she had not looked under there for months. I tried calling the manager, but I couldn’t get through to anyone and couldn’t leave a message. I never received a call back. We usually really like this particular hotel. But the one in Moab was not up to par and I don’t think we’ll stay there again. I tried to upload photos, but this site said they were too large. Hmmmm

It is nice and peaceful even though it is next to a busy street. We checked in at 1 am and there was a nice front desk worker who helped us out and got us checked in real fast. The breakfast was good (just like any other hotel breakfast). Overall our stay was great!

The hotel itself was fine, exactly what you’d expect. Reasonably clean rooms and fine enough hotel breakfast. The staff were not great. They messed up my check-in and then interrupted my evening not once but three separate times, because they did not have their ducks in a row. They blamed one another instead of taking responsibility for their mess up. They were not professional and threw others under the bus and effectively harassed me for information they already had because it was “hotel policy” that someone messed up on. Your mistake. Your problem. Their laundry was very overpriced, too, as compared to other properties we have stayed at on our trip.

The Suites are modern and new. The room is spacious and indeed with comfort. The air condition is easy to adjust and sensitive. The bed feels clean, and pillows are soft-hard combo. The breadfast is good! Very nice place to stay

The property itself is well maintained and nice. Unfortunately, they can’t keep track of their reservations and I was interrupted three separate times during my stay so they could gather more information that I’d already provided to them prior. They did not want to take accountability and kept blaming it on the other shift.
