10 minutes from Arches, nice older hotel.
Good beds, pretty clean for older facility, friendly and quick check-in, nice area, and great restaurant next door to motel (Moab Grill). We had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant; service was quick and all the food we had was absolutely delicious.

Great place to stay in Moab. Close to the excellent Moab Brewery and easy walking into Moab. Quiet, clean and comfortable room which we needed after a long drive.

We stayed here to visit Canyonland and Arches Nation Parks. It's about a 30 minute drive to Canyonland (also Dead Horse Point SP), and a 5 minutes drive to Arches. The hotel was very convenient for this trip. The check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly (24 hr staff). There is a restaurant adjacent to the front office that had good food for a good price. There were also many restaurants and shops within a few blocks. Moab is a very nice town - seemed like a ski town. Nice to walk around and visit the many shops. There are many eating options as well. The motel and room decor were a little dated, but that was no problem. We spent all day each day outside. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Moab.

This is a very old property on the Main street w trucks going by most of the night. The bathroom is TINY, old tiles, the "kitchen" area is the only (bathroom) sink, more old tile counter, a small frig. Its very dark, made darker by our being assigned to a room under the stairwell (complete w a trash can as we walked out the door). It is VERY clean and the evening front desk clerk was excellent, but it is NOT worth the $199 we paid for one night. and there is a step up into the room (no warning), my fellow traveller tripped in carrying his suitcase. And its the only hotel with 2 clearly obvious asks for tips-one an envelope and another a sticker on the mirror offering a way to e-send tips! I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at Hampton Inn the night before, includes breakfast, new, equally clean, opt for that one. both walkable to food. no food w this one.

The hotel room had a very strong odor caused by some cleaning solution or spray. It bothered both of us terribly-- enough to leave the room and not come back till bedtime. The bathroom fllors were dirty, particularly in corners. Would not recommend and would never stay there again.

It was a great location close to downtown and easy to get to everything! The parking lot did fill up quickly and we barely got a spot, not sure where overflow parking would have been. Quiet, the room waa clean and the ac worked great.

Parking was a little difficult but me managed to find a spot each time we came back - just not near our room at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older but cute in a lodge way! Easy to walk to grocery store and restaurants.

Loved this hotel- not a chain hotel so you got the feel of the town. The Moab grill that is attached has amazing food. Will be back.
