Arches National Park has a timed entry, if not on time the visitor looses out. After driving a long distance, we were in a hurry to check in and get to the park on time for our entry. Waiting, and visibly impatient, the desk clerk, who was waiting on another customer, paid me no attention. Then I asked if the other person working the front desk could help me. Well the one clerk (sorry to say this, the female with the moustache) totally got attitude with me, I explained the timed entry issue. after some back and forth, unpleasant conversation, the other person working the desk was given permission to help me check in. We made it to the park on time, but the check in process was uncomfortable at best.

This property is well maintained and run. It is about a mile from "downtown" Moab. Our mattress was very good, hot water very hot, and facilities generally very good. I would suggest they put out more fresh fruit at breakfast but other than that I have no suggestions.

We had the best experience here in June. Excellent, friendly service, great breakfast, nice rooms, nice pool and playground, and fair price. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I have never been checked in with individuals sitting at a desk behind the counter. This was incredibly unprofessional in my opinion and I’ve stayed in over a thousand hotels in my life. Some of the desk personnel simply did not seem to enjoy their job either. The first impression is always the one that sticks with a person and our impression was not good!!! Also, there was no complimentary coffee, tea, hot water but you could pay for it at a new coffee station they have in the lobby. Bottom line, you can find a better place and be closure to town too.
