The young man checking us in at the front desk was extremely personable. I believe he also checked us in around Thanksgiving this year on a separate trip. He’s definitely a keeper. He was extremely welcoming and friendly.

Found item in bed under pillow. Wonder if bedding was changed. Bathroom sink didn’t really have warm water and I asked front desk and was told it’s winter takes a while to warm up. The toilet would fill up and not drain. I asked front desk and was told there was a public one to use. Really, why book a private room then. Very disappointed.

I traveled with two cats and had an end of the hall room close to an exit door for easy transfer of my pets. Room was clean and I would for sure stay here with my pets again!

This hotel while clean and comfy, is in need of some upgrades. For example, a loose toilet seat that slid sideways shows signs of neglect. A broken tile near the tub in the bathroom should be replaced.

Accommodating and helpful staff.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate my request of a shuttle to the Jefferson bus line station. It was great to have a beverage bar in the lobby. The included hot breakfast had a nice selection of items. My room had a beautiful view of the river and mountain.

We stayed here for Pink concert and location was perfect! Quick and easy walk to the stadium. It was not super quiet area but to be expected with the concert being so close.
