I love to stay here whenever visit Mcallen. Only issue is wifi conection. I did not have problems with wifi conection before but passed 6 months wifi was on and off constantly and did not improve.

Front desk lady seem to be having bad day, didn’t get my deposit apparently towels were dirty and stains will not come out when it was minimum how do they even know if they haven’t washed them, tv don’t have good channels at all,entering the room carpet felt like it was wet

This was my 2nd time with this facility. Both times the first room I was assigned had to be changed, this time it was just because there was no remote for the TV and they did not have a replacement available. Not a major issue just a small annoyance The next room was clean and fully ready. The lobby area is always clean and in good repair. The complimentary breakfast was very good, only issue they had run out of the sausage gravy and biscuits which is one of my favorite breakfast items. But the scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot and delicious. Always plenty of parking and several restaurants are nearby. Right off the highway for easy access. For the price I am a very satisfied customer and will return.

If you stay on the 3rd floor, water would take about 20 minutes to get hot for the shower. Some rooms have blow dryers and them don’t.

Stay was awful, we had no warm water, no refrigerator no phone. The AC leaked water r card was not activated, so we had no access to the pool. I had to go to the front desk to activate. At check out, inform the front desk. Of complaints, they checked the room, agree with what we said. We're told to call back to speak with manager. They said, do we get a refund? And then informed us that we wouldn't

Staff was super nice n breakfast was great. However our room was old n wallpaper in restroom was peeling n shower rod was hanging by one loose screw. When we checked out we reported it n was addressed fairly quickly. Maintenance man went in room right away to access.

The property and room are very clean. The complimentary breakfast is very good, scrambled eggs with sausages and biscuits with sausage gravy along with the typical waffles, cereal, yogurt, breads and fruit. My only area of complaint is the condition. The first room I was given had a defective TV that did not function. The bathroom was clean but showed water damage that had been cosmetically repairs with extensive caulking but also had several cracked tiles. The second room had a working TV but the bathroom was in similar condition. Everything functioned so this is a cosmetic issue only. To switch the water from the tube to the shower required pulling down on the tube spigot where the aerator is normally located. I tried calling the front desk as I did not figure this out but found the phone did not work. Overall, a typical 3 start hotel, not great but for the price a good value, the cleanliness of the rooms, very good breakfast, convenient location and easy parking at this price is a good deal. I will stay there again.
