We were staying the night before my back surgery at nearby Advent Health. I had a regime to follow the night before and the morning of my procedure, which required extra care from the Hotel and an especially quiet room. They were very gracious about all of it. It made me feel less anxious.

Avoid this hotel.

The carpet had a horrible residue that gave me a horrible rash/irritation on my feet. The windows are rusting off on the exterior. There is a horrible cheap air freshener scent in the lobby and the hot tub has way too much chlorine. Also the deposit for incidentals was not a deposit. It was held for three days then processed as a purchase. When I called to have it fixed they told me it was never charged and claimed they were emailing me proof. That email never came. They refused to let me talk to anyone else or give me a corporate number.

The front staff were engaging and helpful. The room while on the small side was very comfortable. Bedding, mattress and pillows great! Small bathroom but it was offset by sink outside the room. It didn’t bother us and we are big people! The breakfast was very good! Can’t beat the stay for Expedia price!
