Great value!
I've stayed here twice on my journey back and forth from Ohio to Colorado and enjoyed it each time. It's such a great value for the amenities: Pet-friendly, free hot breakfast, pool... It felt like a safe area and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Roaches, roaches, roaches!! Had to throw an absolute fit in the lobby to get changed rooms once the roaches came out when the lights went off. Get my some up and move rooms in the middle of the night and wasn't even offered so much as an apology let alone a refund of any sort. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

Close to KU Med Center
Unfortunately this was not a pleasure trip. The hotel was very accommodating while I went back and forth to KU Med Center and my hotel room to change or sleep. My friend had been in ICU and had two surgeries during the week I stayed. I appreciate that the staff was friendly.

Good but not great this time
We always stay here when shopping and visiting Kansas City....it's def our go to, but unfortunately this time we had no working hot tub and NO a/c (had switched central system to heat). Our room got up to 78-79 degrees but front desk did offer a box fan. Otherwise breakfast is delicious, comfy rooms, small bathroom, but overall a decent place for the budget.

Clean but warm room
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room. Not great water pressure..the room was very very warm but thankfully the window was able to open so we could let some cool air in. Overall, a nice stay :)
