Third times not the charm

This was our third time staying there within 6 months. The first 2 times were great but this third time sucked. Had problems with the staff that didnt extend our stay properly so I had to pay more money for another reservation. The other guests were wild, loud, and rude. Had a hard time sleeping between the beds being rough on our backs. Somedays we couldn't go to the pool due to rude guests hogging the pool. Some hotel staff was nice like the ones who works the breakfast and some of the night desk staff. This trip wasnt my worse but it was approaching to it.

It was mostly fantastic - we loved our room, we loved breakfast, we loved the staff. There were some teens being stupid on the slide and we had to have the staff kick them out because they were a lawsuit waiting to happen...it shouldn't be our job to 'police' kids on the slides. Otherwise - the staff and the hotel was fantastic.

Advertised that there was a shuttle to the airport. I had an early flight and was not aware that you had to book 24 hours in advance. Fortunately they were able to assist me. But make sure you book your shuttle in advance if needed
