The hotel was incredibly rundown and dirty. The property was not we maintained. The breakfast bar was awful, coffee wasn’t even provided. The pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we picked the hotel - no apology from the staff or compensation. We will never stay there again!

I had booked three rooms. Two of them were not vacuumed before we arrived. Food, garbage, toenail clippings, and a pill on the floor. We had a room beside a person with a dog. The dog barked constantly for over four hours before the front staff could reach the guest to come back for the dog to settle. The hotel said there was nothing they can do to refund us part of our money due to the massive inconvenience, even though they assigned that room to a guest with a pet. There is nothing on the website that said that the pool was shut down. We were ready to go swimming at night and walked into the pool room under construction. There was no signs anywhere saying it was closed. There was nothing on the website saying they didn’t clean rooms daily. Our garbage was never taken out and we were never given fresh towels even after we asked for more at the front desk. What services did our money pay for? We will not return to this property

We requested an extra blanket at 430, 530, went to the desk at 630 (there was no one at the desk) and the last request was at 7. No blanket was ever brought. I went to a store and bought one. Absolutely horrendous.

This hotel needs some TLC. It’s rundown, bathroom is very old and showers appears very dirty. The room was very smelly and the beds and pillows were awful.

Air conditioning was excellent… location good and convenient… lobby clean and inviting. Hall way carpets dirty and stained.. Toilet was very slow in filling, lightbulbs burnt out , lacking a sheet under the quilt.. had to ask for extra towels … remote no battery cover and tv had to be restarted every time via buttons on the tv.

Ok place to sleep in Minot. Nice deep tub, but sink was slow to drain like a clog and missing the stopper. AC unit had no controls for the ac/heat no controls on the wall and the ones on the unit did not function.
