Customer Service Needs to Improve.

The front desk staff was kind of rude. not very good customer service. I talked to a woman on the phone regarding the cc change to a different one and she was rude.

There is no parking for this location unless you pay $49 for valet parking or walk several blocks to a public parking lot in not so good of a of an area. When asked about the parking, hotel staff was rude and dismissed the question.

We will be staying here again for future Armory or US Bank Stadium events. Valet parking service for $47/night. Otherwise, find your own parking with the iparkit app.

The parking was horrible. We had to park across the street and the building closes at 3pm so we had to buzz security everytime we had to get in the building to grab our car. There was no other way to enter the building without buzzing security. The staff did not inform us of this nor was it stated ahead of time on the website.

TRU-ly a great place to stay

This is the second time this unit has stayed at this hotel. And it is already planning a third time. The front desk and breakfast staff have always been polite and friendly. This one has always had conversations about its activities and just makes one feel so comfortable. The seating area and the breakfast area have an eclectic arrangement of varied seating that makes it very comfy and easy to have privacy. This one tends to hang out in this area when not in the room sleeping. Only downside is NO onsite parking. But there is a good/safe garage a block away and the light rail is about 3 blocks from hotel. LGBT friendly.
