TRU-ly a great place to stay

This is the second time this unit has stayed at this hotel. And it is already planning a third time. The front desk and breakfast staff have always been polite and friendly. This one has always had conversations about its activities and just makes one feel so comfortable. The seating area and the breakfast area have an eclectic arrangement of varied seating that makes it very comfy and easy to have privacy. This one tends to hang out in this area when not in the room sleeping. Only downside is NO onsite parking. But there is a good/safe garage a block away and the light rail is about 3 blocks from hotel. LGBT friendly.

It was ok, but my Hilton Honors acct doesn't reflect the stay, and they did not email the receipt as they said they would. The attendant struggled with the check out process which was unimpressive. Parking is an issue and the price of parking.

Parking off site was easier and cheaper than doing valet. Valet was $46 per night for parking and the ramp a block down was $16 total for over 24 hours that we were there. Staff was nice but they were on their phones during check in which is not professional at all.
