Check in was amazing the lady was very kind. I liked breakfast options, didn’t like that there was no prior notice about parking fees, check out was ok the agent didn’t seem to want to assist and after granting an extended checkout to transition management kept coming to knock on the door as if I was being rushed but overall this is a place o would try again

Hot tub and breakfast

Decent pool and hot tub. This is one of the few hotels around with both a hot tub AND free breakfast, which is why we picked it. The room was nice. Beds were comfy. We had a suite. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and in working order. The hallway and elevator had not of an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was nice. Great options to fit various preferences. The coffee wasn't very good, but appreciated that they had real cream. Actually the coffee in the room was better than the lobby. The highway right outside does make it a little noisy to sleep. They accommodated a late checkout but then deactivated our keys early, locking us out of our room, which seemed to annoy the person at the desk. She may have just been overwhelmed because we did overhear employees complaining about other employees on different shifts on two occasions. Something about not cleaning the oatmeal and another about someone being lazy. Not the greatest impression to the public. I'd stay there again for the hot tub, breakfast and the price. But would shop around first.
