The hotel was great! Accommodating for my group of 8 getting three rooms. Only thing is there wasn't a fold-out couch for the third person in the rooms so we had to either share a bed or use cushions on the floor.

The rooms were nice but when I opened the window our view was the hotel concierge. No daylight view at all and the room was dark the whole time because I needed my privacy. Rooms definitely needed more light. I should’ve read that this hotel also doesn’t have a pool or breakfast included.

Hotel was good, but some issues. Pillows need upgrading, damp smell in corridors, urine smell near elevators ( pet friendly hotel), and construction made access challenging. Dog barking in the middle of night would make me reconsider staying again.

We had an event in the surrounding area and came back to hotel at 11pm , hoping we get a good night sleep. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case … whomever was right next to us had the music blasting so loud I thought I was next to a night club . I ignore the fact thinking by be midnight it would quiet down. I took medicine and fell asleep, woke up to screaming yelling fighting and more loud music at 3 am. This time I called front desk to explain to them and in about 45 mins I heard security escorting them out and they were now being even more noisy in the hall way !! Smh I’ve stayed here several times and hope that I won’t have this problem again and not sure if I want to chance it now
