Upon arrival the parking garage was confusing. There was no email saying that we needed to bring our parking ticket with us in order to get back into the garage so I had to wait for someone to open the door to get to my vehicle. Then checking in I could barely hear the person who checked us in. I had to ask four times to speak louder because I could not hear her. This made me feel frustrated because I’m not deaf or hearing impaired. Also got to the room and it was hotter than a sauna in our room. As well as our fridge wasnt even cold in which we brought beverages. I had to adjust the temp in the fridge which means i had to pull it. The top of the fridge was dusty. Then we went to the maoui maoui bar and drink were way to expensive and they really didnt know how to make a simple sex on the beach plus they out of a lot of stuff that normal Bars in this area usaully have in stock. I know this hotel is great but this experience could have been better. I’m not trying to be a snob but there was just a lot of things that we were not impressed by this time.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for my birthday and I have to say this hotel has been added to one of my favorite hotels and I will be back very soon. The atmosphere of this hotel is very quiet. It feels safe yet. It’s a luxurious and elegant and very grand The views on the 13th floor from my room were amazing. The silhouette gives at night is extremely peaceful. Let me start on my sleeping experience. Everything was clean and the mattress was so comfortable. I looked on the website to see if they had it available. I wasn’t too keen on the food, but that’s just because my taste buds are still growing. It is very sophisticated. I recommend this hotel to anyone just wanting to get away.

The property was clean and well-maintained. While the rooms were smaller than expected, they were still comfortable and tidy. We made a last-minute booking for a king-sized bed with a city view. Unfortunately, the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor, where the view was limited due to surrounding taller buildings. Additionally, one of the windows was partially obstructed by a flag, further diminishing the already modest view.
