The beds were very uncomfortable. And the hotel was loud all night people yelling and running up and down the halls even the front desk were loud and kept us up all night would never stay here again

I was NOT able to check in. Only one staff person who was unable to log in and give us keys we waited over and hour. And had to book a room at another hotel the lobby was full of people waiting for rooms!
