Upon arrival there were thieves arguing with the front desk personal due to a machine they tried to get coins from. Not the greatest situation for safety.

Staff was rude upon arrival. Was charged $253 when I first arrived and was not told anything at all. Received card for hotel and was not told what room we were in. Very bad lighting in rooms and some stuff in the room just seemed dirty.

We originally booked a suite room due to having a group of people, when we arrived they had given our room away to someone else for an “upgrade for an inconvenience that happened to them”. Stuck us in a 1 bed room, as well as charged us the same amount of the suite room. Glad they could accommodate to someone else’s “inconveniences” but not ours! 🙄

The people were kind and easy to work with, the rooms were clean, but if you look “too much” you’ll see that nothing has been wiped down. Not the headboards, drawers, or bedside tables.. you can see fingerprints and smears everywhere. We had a balcony, but the door handle was gone and it was bolted shut.. beds were very comfy though lol

This property definitely needs to be updated. The front desk area is nicely updated, that is it. The room wasn't ready when we got there at 4 pm (check in is 3 pm), the room was not fully cleaned when we were able to check in. The base of the toilet was filthy. There were cobwebs around the fire sprinkler, floors had debris on them, kitchenette counter as well. The sheets on the pull out were used. It was not set up as show in the pictures. No TV or chair in the living room, the desk chair in the bedroom was broken, the dining chairs were dented and missing bits of the padding. The outlets on one side of the bed were worn out and wouldn't hold anything in it. The trim on the closet was falling off. The shelf in the kitchenette was broken. A screw on the bathroom transition was not secure and stuck up, I almost ripped my foot open. When I took it out it was covered in hair and other things I don't want to think about. The breakfast was continental with waffles. The bagels were old. They had yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, muffins, coffee and waffles. The stairwells smelled awful. They did change out our towels daily.

Sleeping 4 heads including my 8 year old nephew for his birthday. The property didn’t have enough pillows and blankets. Told me i should have known it was busy. There was enough for two. My fiancé lucky enough brought her own she liked. So i took it upon myself to go without. Room was freezing without a blanket. The lady working the front desk with the colour in her hair both Saturday and Sunday morning (this morning) was extremely helpful, at least she got us enough bedding for the amount of people we booked for. Breakfast was lacking, in a small space. Other than that the room was average to below average quality and cleanliness. Broken lights and electronics, questionable looking furniture, poor handyman renovations were obvious.
