This property is terrible. I would rate it negative if I could. The parking lot had garbage and discarded food. Every part of the building needed attention. Halls were extremely dirty. There was no water pressure and the curtains in our room were stained. Our original room had an extremely small tv. We switched rooms but the new room had a bad smell. The staff added an air purifier for a bit, which helped some. There seemed to be a lot of people coming and going. Someone knocked on our door at 11:30 pm. We would never stay there again.

Everything was great. I chose to sleep in so I missed the free breakfast. The hotel is old & outdated but you can tell the rooms have been updated & redone to the best possible way. There was an odor that lingered in the hallway, either because it was old or because of smoking .

There was no sign posted saying we charge for 50 bucks for deposit and when I booked the room it didn’t mention it. Paying for parking is ridiculous shouldn’t have to pay when already staying with the hotel. Having the room reactiveed everyday is ridiculous

Checked in really late as we had a 12 hour drive. It took about 15 minutes to check in as the front desk couldn't find my reservation but we're very nice. When they finally did we made our way up to our room, we had the king room with the pull out. There was no bedding for the pullout couch for our child, the mattress under the protector was filthy(checked for bed bugs), you could tell that things weren't wiped down between guests as the bathroom had stuff all over the counter and hair on the blow dryer. The pool didn't have the filter on so there was hair and what looked like a napkin floating around in it. Wouldn't stay again. Had we not booked through a third party we probably would have left after the first night.
