Good enough and felt safe
Clean room with vinyl wood plank fooring (no nasty carpet!). Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Only waffles and dry cereal/toast/yogurts for breakfast options (No eggs or bacon or hot items). Good deal for the price. Hallways/common areas smelled like weed.

Five night stay. Staff was friendly. The first night was not good, the mattress was worn out on one side, you could hear and feel the innersprings giving way and rubbing. No support at all on that side, the middle was hard and the other side was nearly as bad. I let the front desk know and they replaced mattress within the hour, giving me a choice of 3 others. Replacement was okay. We did have to ask for more towels during our stay as they would only leave 2 of each. The shower head was not cleaned from previous guest our whole we were there. It was covered in soap scum/slime that we cleaned off. Our biggest issue was a large pile of trash and broken glass bottles left outside the door to the parking area. It appeared that a resident (seem to be housing otherwise homeless people) threw out their stuff next to the trash can. When we informed the night auditor he didn't seem to care and wasn't going to clean that s***t up. It was cleaned up by the next morning. Wasn't thrilled to have to pay $10 pretty night to park at the hotel. It is close to the airport, Mall of America, and sports stadiums.

We had arrived and the customer service was great, Angie was very nice to deal with! Our first room had a broken tub tap but they were able to move us to another room no problem! We wish the pool area had a hot tub and that there were some hot breakfast options other than waffles

Spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.
Just a pretty run down hotel 6 min from the Mall of America. We chose it for the price point but wouldn’t stay again. We interacted with one staff person who was totally fine. The hotel itself just isn’t nice. Hallways and stairwells all smell like smoke. Bedding was pilled/old/in need of replacement. Curtains were ragged and falling apart. There were stains on the wallpaper. Rust spots in the bathroom, etc. We were only planning a one night stay. If not, we likely would have moved somewhere else.
