It is a great concept. No frills, smaller rooms, but quite nicely and comortably appointed. Very clean and very nice staff. And yes, breakfast is served. Highway side is noisy with traffic, but the opposite side is very quiet. Money well spent, fantastic value!

I checked out early due to marijuana smell in room and hallway. Nothing done by staff in morning. Returned from work, even worse. Complained again, nothig done. Went to check out early, was told they were keeping me checked in until check out date scheduled because I booked thru Expedia. I wa so furious I just left. Asked for refund and was told they were just keeping me checked in

This was a good budget hotel. Rarely saw someone at the front desk, but there was a bell to ring for someone. Loved the dining room and breakfast was ok. It was a great location for us to explore the area from.
