Perfect rest
Everything was great. Ck in went fast and she was very pleasant and professional. RM was clean. Bed was perfect. Heater was quiet. Pillows slept well shower pressure was good. Bath was sm but functional. Coffee, refrig, micro, iron, closet in rm. Breakfast had everything and tasted wonderful. The price is good for area and a MUST stay. Highly recommend.

I dated three different motels while I was in the Citys and it's by far was the most accommodating one matter fact is playing with the nicest most of us stadium in Florida the service the rooms and everything everything that I was excellent and it was almost the same price as the other rooms I stayed in that was straight dives we didn't give him one Stars I will be there again

Room is always clean and comfy. Every time I stay, I never want to get out of bed because I'm so comfortable. Haven't had anything but good experiences here so far.

We arrived earlier than expected and was pleased to know we could check in early into one of the two rooms we reserved. The rooms look lovely online but are not that clean or well kept. Our boys’ room had a lot of issues. A toilet that would barely flush, NO chain for secure door latching, a tub that looked like that been cleaned in months. When we informed the front desk, he appeared highly annoyed and just said ok. Nighttime was horrible! People were partying outside until 3am or later. People slamming doors in hallways. Which was easy to hear since there’s a large gap under the room doors. Walls are very thin as well. We could hear people talking next door. The stairwells smelled mildewed and molded and hallways and rooms smelled of weed. All around it was NOT a good stay.

Even though they were short staffed, the rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful and they had a good breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Everything in the room worked well. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Softer pillow options would have been nice, but that is a minor thing.

Bathroom was small. Shower head was really low. There were people screaming outside at 2am. The pictures don’t really show how the place really looks. The staff were nice but this place needs renovated.

Not overly nice, but it was okay.
While it wasn’t the cleanest, it also wasn’t horrible and I wasn’t completely disgusted. The beds were comfortable enough and we would have slept well if it weren’t for some people down the hall that were being kinda loud at 1am. Overall, for the price it was okay. Definitely not the nicest, but really, we were just there to sleep in between my son’s soccer games, so it’s not like we expected royal treatment. There wasn’t all that much nearby to do, nor was there a lot of restaurants, but it was only 15 minutes away from the Mall of America, which has plenty to do, see and eat. The breakfast we okay and consisted of some cereal, oatmeal, bagels, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and cheese pancakes. None of it was overly tasty, but it was what you might expect at pretty much any other hotel that had continental breakfast.
