Overall hotel and staff were very nice. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool. The main pool and toddler pool was freezing! Even the hot tub, that was nice and warm, was not what I would consider hot. Its like they turned down the heat in all the pools, all the kids only wanter to play in the hot tub. Continental breakfast was just ok. Pretty bland and lacking, but it was there and no additional charge. Otherwise though our stay was nice.

Great location. Clean, felt more upscale than I thought it would. The pool hours are LONG with an hour at night for adults only. The fitness room was clean. They have a hot tub, indoor heated pool and a shallow kid play area with a small slide. Breakfast was yummy - eggs, meat, waffle, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, muffins, juices, coffee and tea. Yummy cafe nearby, lots ofngood shopping and right off the freeway yet no freeway noise. Great staff, awesome stay.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and hot tub. COLD!! Not like a little but a lot the “hot tub” was anything but. When you turned the jets in cold water literally came out. Was excited for the breakfast buffet but nothing any roach motel serves for less prices room. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. Super bummed about the pool. It was literally the only reason we didn’t stay across the parking lot at Sheraton.

The pool was amazing. Nice size, a decent hot tub and also a 1' splash pad. There are some minor fixes that can be worked on, like a loose shower door handle. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Horrendous
It was a good stay all the way up until I went down to soak in the hot tub. I do not consider a hot tub with algae/mold on literally every surface inside it to be sanitary in any way whatsoever. I also noticed the kiddie pool floor was brown and had green growth at the base of the slide, so I pretty much think with the new management there is zero maintenance in the hot tub and pool area.
