The Hotel is a older hotel. Needs some updates. Elevator improvement. carpets, lights in the room needs to be upgraded. 1 light had to unscrew light bulb to shut off.

We liked the outdoor location of the property, lots of trees and peaceful. The breakfast was really nice. The staff who prepares it works very hard to accommodate guests. The beds in our room sagged in the middle and we did not have a good night sleep.

The lobby was gorgeous, time to update the rooms for sure. No one ever came in and made our bed or gave us clean towels. When we called down to ask for towels, we had to go get them from the front desk.

Hotel is quite dated and is in need of updating. The toilet in the room kept making flushing noises but I couldn’t be bothered to mention to the front desk. Eventually we figured it out. The door to the room was difficult to physically close. Also the rear entrance does not having a working card reader so anyone is able to come in. There were good options for breakfast though.

We had an very enjoyable stay, the price was reasonable and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were all awesome and accommodating. It was easy to get to and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do without being right in downtown. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for anyone travelling to Minneapolis. Thank you!
