Overall for the price, you kinda get what you pay for. Although, I “upgraded” to the King suite and was put in the accessible wheelchair room. I am not handicapped and that room should be reserved for people that are… towels were dirty and multiple things were broken in the room. Was okay but wont be staying here again. I will say, the staff was very friendly though.

Property is rundown. Only 1 ice maker for the whole building and that one was out of order along with the water fountain across from it. Room air conditioner was noisy. Room windows were fogged up. Only change towels or sheets every 3 days. Front desk guy was barely able to speak English. Trash laying on the ground around the property outside. Only 1 elevator.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean! When I booked this reservation it was rated 8.2/10. I rate it about the same. Normally a cheaper hotel means you pay the price. I rolled the dice and took a chance! This is a great hotel for a reasonable price and I would stay here again. They do require a $100 deposit when booking via a 3rd party, so be aware of that.

Nice staff. I’ve stayed at this property several times on the past 15 years! It could use a refresh but it is clean and well maintained. The staff provided excellent customer service. Thank you for providing a nice place to stay while attending a family funeral.
