My son and I got into Minneapolis very late at night. Loved the convenience of the shuttle. The man at the front desk was pleasant and gave us some suggestions on food to eat at 1:00am. Breakfast in the morning was great. Typical hotel breakfast but my son loved the small waffles. Staff was friendly as we got down to breakfast just a few minutes before they closed but they still brought out more bread and fruit for us.

Property is well maintained. Not thrilled about a $100 deposit that is tacked on the date of your stay. It doesnt get refunded for 5 to 7 days after your stay.

At check in the girl was a bit rude and almost rushed! Definitely not meant for costumer service, and at night our bathroom started to smell a bit like smoke (cigarette smoke) my daughter noticed it but I didn’t, but this morning I went to use the restroom and the cigarette smell was definitely strong!

Not a good option.

One night stay, not impressed. Hotel is dated, but room was ok on the 4th floor. Very noisy, heard toilets flushing all through the night. TV didnt work. Breakfast was very poor- no fruit, coffee served in a white Styrofoam cup, no lid. Choices were limited. Shuttle driver was very nice. I would stay elsewhere next time when we need a stay and fly option.

So Much Wrong!

First room had Blood stains on sheets. Got a new room after complaining and the new rooms sink drained very slow and had a leak in the pipes while some stuff was coming out of the faucet. Hotel room door had to get shoved to open.

Walked in and someone informed us that there were bed bugs in the hotel so we immediately left and found a new hotel. I would say just be very careful staying here. Pool was shut down and place looked kind of ghetto but overall a decent place just beware of BED BUGS

Old and dated. Room was not very clean, kept finding things tgat were dirty. Breakfast was below average for a break included. No fruit. Coffee was cold. Very noisy, heard doors slamming all night. Park and fly is why we stayed and tge shuttle service was on time and got us to the airport. Otherwise, skip this hotel. Not comfortable, not clean.
