We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday and Saturday nights they had rented multiple rooms on our floor to a large group of young people that were partying all night. They had loud music and loud conversations all night. The doors slammed when they went in between the rooms. People wandering in the halls drinking beer and smoking weed. We contacted the front desk twice about the problem but it still continued. We had a drunk girl knocking on our door at 2 in the morning. It was very hard to get any sleep on those two nights. In the morning their were beer cans throw in the hallway and the odor of weed was everywhere. We were on the 15th floor but we talked to someone on the 14th floor and they had the same problem there. If you want a quiet place to stay this isn't it. If you want a place to party all night and smoke weed this is the place to come to.

When I chose this hotel it said no pets allowed but there were dogs all over the place and they were barking. I went to get Ice and there was a pile of dog poop in front of the ice machine. The carpets in the hallways was dirty and there was dog vomit in the hallway. If I had known there would be pets allowed I would never have stayed there. Staff was friendly but couldn't get past the dog barking and vomit/poop.

Checked-in, got to room to find a pile of dirty towels and other evidence (full toilet) that the room hadn't been cleaned. Worse (maybe) was that the room had two single beds and the reservation was for a king bed. We returned to the lobby to resolve the issues, and it became apparent quickly that due to some sort of issue this location was over-booked. I do give much thanks to the staff that, after a considerable amount of time, was able to find a different, correct room for us. This hotel is in significant need of a "face lift" everywhere, inside and out. On the positive side, we found the elevator to work very well and fast. Also, the shower water pressure was very good and there was plenty of hot water.

I think this is some sort of extended stay place. It is very dirty and weird, unkempt people inside and out.

The front desk clerk was very rude as if we were an inconvenience for both myself and my parents at check in. I witnessed it with other customers as well. Not welcoming at all. I watched her not key the room cards with the same machine she used for my parents room. She then walked away and says enjoy your stay before giving us the cards and looked at us as if to say “ok go away”. When i asked for the key she tossed them my way. We got to our room and the keys didnt work and when we returned downstairs she keyed them and rudely handed them back and said keep them away from your phones. La quinta has previously been a favorite place of ours to stay but will not be returning in the future

Overall, OK for the price paid. Property is older and superficially renovated. Walls were thin because noise resonated. Elevator was quick. Breakfast was decent.
