We stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation. The airport shuttle was timely and we were very nicely greeted at reception. The hotel is as expected for a Hyatt property. The room was very spacious and clean. The bedding was fine, but the comforter was pretty old and thin. The bathroom and shower were fine, and well lit. There are no dining options other than the limited hours of the hotel restaurant. We did walk in the area but there was nothing surrounding except more hotel chains. The mall is a bit of a walk, I wouldn't walk it after dark. it suited us for one night.

Everything was great.. except you guys have lawsuit waiting with the bathtubs. There is no texture on the floor of bathtubs and they are very slippery when in the shower.

Property was very clean and nice. I gave 4 stars since there was only 1 person working the reception desk when I arrived and had to wait in a long line and parking in back was a little inconvenient. Other than that, great facility!
