All most perfect stay.

Everything was perfect except for two things. First off that they didn't have a microwave and secondly I had a hard time getting into the shuttle. The step was very high, 17" or so and the grab bar was straight up which wasn't in an natural position to help pull yourself up and forward. Thank goodness I had lots of help from strangers.

A bit disappointed

The room looked good and was nice and clean, but the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off. Many curled paint peels over the shower stall made that room look pretty bad, even though the walls and floor were very nicely tiled. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9am and when I came to eat at 8:05 am the fruit and yogurt bowl were nearly empty, there were no utensils, and I could not find any employees to help fix it.

We choose to stay at the property because it provided free shuttle service to the airport. When we checked in we were told the shuttle was full. The amenities for the hotel needs to state Free shuttle if available. They should also let you reserve a spot on the shuttle when you reserve your room. There was also only one elevator working and the hotel was very busy. The staff person checking me in was not apologetic about the shuttle at all but the person setting up food service in the morning was wonderful. I forgot my phone in our room and had already put my ‘keys’ in the box and our Uber had arrived, she ran right up to our room and grabbed my phone. The hotel should provide what it states in its amenities and it did not. Very disappointed and out additional money.

Good stay overall

The only thing I dislike about my stay was that Hyatt charges a guest to park in the establishment parking lot. I find that disturbing. I otherwise fully enjoyed my stay. Had I understood I would be charged to park I would not have stayed. Apparently I neglected to note that when I registered.
