6 hour drive from Chicago to get there. We got there at 12:30am. We knew it was late so we booked online in advance. We were 4 people and booked 3 rooms. But when we got there, they only gave me one room. And said I booked 1 room. I tried to explain to the front desk that I booked 3 rooms with 3 different names. But she was very rude and refused to check me in. She said there were no more rooms. and told me have to call Expidia. It took almost 1 hour for us to get through to customer service. Then Expidia called her back and told her 3 different names. Finally she found the room we booked. If she listened to me from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted 1 hour. very tired of arriving at 1am not being able to check in and sitting waiting because of her don’t want to do her job.

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt House

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt House! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view that made it even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the free breakfast each morning — a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everything I needed. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit pricey at $38 per day, but overall it didn’t take away from a very good experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
