I have stayed at Crosby several times since it opened and this was first time I was a bit disappointed. This morning when I got up and tried to make coffee the Keurig wouldn't turn on. I realized it wasn't plugged in so I attempted to. Then I noticed that there was not even an outlet behind where the coffee maker was sitting so I had to move it over on to the floor to get the cord to reach the plug in. Also when I showered this morning before work, the water would not get hot.

We booked a Premier room vs a standard room. This afforded us higher ceilings and direct access to the courtyard and fireplace. We think also a few other amenities but not sure. We will definitely book this kind of room again

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent and I highly recommend! Our balcony was nice but overlooked the restaurant dumpster which was disappointing watching garbage getting thrown out while enjoying the outdoors. The hotel was quiet, has a great 3rd floor deck with a hot tub, but my pants were wet from enjoying the patio furniture as the cushions were left out the night before during a rainstorm. The king bed was awesome, unfortunately the room had a red blinking light the whole night which kept us up - no sound so not sure why it kept blinking. Excellent location in Stillwater for exploring and shopping on Main Street.
