This hotel is in need of some updates. Plus I had reserved a King bed and when I checked in the lady at the front desk that they were going to give me a free upgrade. So I said yes. Then I went to the room with my family and found out it was two full beds....and I have a 6'3" tall husband. So we take everything back out of the room and then she tells me that they do not have any king beds available. So it wasn't an upgrade....they gave my room away. She lied. I was very disappointed.

We had to find a new hotel to stay at through after the first night of arrival. The appliances such as the microwave to have any food while on vacation was broken. They had no vacancies and refused to allow us to have a new room with working appliances. The seating at breakfast was very limited & they ran out of silverware, and food multiple times the only breakfast we were there for. The room was also dirty, and the staff were not helpful at all, when reporting these problems— they told us to find a new hotel essentially & refused any refund for the remains 3 days stay

I loved the quiet and the convenience for what I was there for. I didn’t care for whomever was “managing” the staff that was making and serving breakfast. The staff was doing an awesome job as long as he wasn’t there berating them and almost yelling. He was very rude and inappropriate and my kids didn’t want to get anything to eat while he was there. With the exception of him it was a wonderful start as always.

We came for a getaway to Mall of America and had a wonderful stay. Staff were so attentive, consistently going above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable visit. Thank you especially to Rhoda and Luis for help during our stay. The free hot breakfast was delicious and had an impressive array of options. We will certainly be back.

Excellent choice to stay at for Mall of America Advantures. Shuttle service to Mall was very much appreciated. Drivers went above and beyond expectations. Only drawback was low stools in waiting area. One of my friends didn’t realize one was behind her and tripped backwards over bruising her side. Receptionist asked if she was okay but did not offer to report or remove stools. Is a hazard

The room was pretty clean, other then someone else’s garbage on top of the refrigerator the furniture looked like it could use a cleaning. The heat did not work in the room we stayed in. When I got home I checked my credit card statement and found a pending charge of 100.00. So I called and questioned the charge, I was was told I would receive a charge back of 89.00. When I questioned why only 89.00 I was told I had to pay for parking, I then said that I did not have a car, I was then told I had to tell them at check in that I did not have a car. My response was I thought that was self explanatory when I came to the hotel on the airport shuttle.
