Price was $50 less than the airport hotel where I usually stay. Has an airport shuttle. Breakfast was very nice. Staff and room were excellent. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was great, hot and fresh and plenty of it. However our room had ants in the bathroom and lots of what looked like soda stains on curtains and on parts of the ceiling.

For a high traffic hotel it is pretty well maintained and clean. Rooms were clean. The pool area was extremely humid and small, but my kids still had fun. Area surrounding was a little sketchy at certain times but otherwise fine. Felt safe enough. My kids said they noticed ants by breakfast area tables.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn but Holiday Inn was a better price and im glad we stayed. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean. The shuttle to the Mall was perfect, especially Gary, showed us the local stops if we needed something. The parking fee I didnt like but all the hotels did it and with the price compared to other hotels, still was cheaper. Overall a nice place to stay

It was very loud with all the cars from outside and the stomping of the people upstairs. I didn't get much sleep and moved to another Holiday Inn nearby instead of extending my stay. The place is clean but outside we did see several people pushing around shopping carts and walking the streets in the evening. We also didn't know prior to the stay that there is a $15 a nigh car fee.

It was a very clean and spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast had ait of variety. The hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes drive from the Mall of America.

A very nice motel. Staff are helpful. You need to pay for parking but the fee is waived if you sign up for their loyalty program. Breakfast bar is second to none with lots of options. We had a really fine stay here.
