Airport pickup not very good. Had to wait 1 hour to be picked up at 4pm. Prior to arrival I made contact with the desk and told them I would be arriving at 1:30 am. When I arrived and called the desk for a shuttle I got a message that there is nobody to receive the call. I had to make my own arrangements

Clean and convenient location in relation to restaurants and the Mall of America. I was charged far more than the price Expedia gave me. Must have been a lot of extras we weren’t aware of receiving.

Parking is $15 dollars a day! Our mattress had bumps in the fabric. When we asked for a mattress pad the front office person rolled their eyes and said they would bring it when they weren't busy.

Stay was great with friendly staff. Rooms were nicely put together and the bathroom has Dove products to use. The lobby was nice and spacious. Cons Bathroom towels are rough. Indoor pool is NOT heated , they just keep the pool room warm but the water is super cold and not enjoyable. $15 daily parking fee need to be posted on expedia site

Unless you enjoy the potter patter of big feet all day and half the night don’t stay here. You could hear all the foot traffic from the floor above you and the windows do not keep out any of the traffic sound. Sleepless stay.

the staff a very friendly i would be happy return on thing gary shuttle driver was very upset and yelling at my wife he wouldn't wouldn't let thing go he kick us out shuttle my shuttle he told me and my wife i never want see us again or drive us ben and Eddy were super helpful gary should've be working the if he cant repect us
