Room cost 200 dollars per night, and furniture was dirty and worn, headboard on bed had suspicious white marks on it. Dresser was dirty on the outside with greasy fingerprints. No complimentary breakfast. Just expected more when I am paying 200 a night. Will say staff was friendly and helpful though.

Absolutely amazing experience, starting with very well trained and knowledgeable staff; the customer service was outstanding and the satisfaction made it perfect. We had a choice of floor, which typically only happens if they have the ability but always appreciated. Not sure when I’ll be back in Minneapolis but I can assure you my stay will be back at the downtown Hilton

Halls smelt a little musty. Very basic rooms, noon checkout was nice. The valet parking was nice, considering you’re already paying $35.00 to park there. Otherwise decent hotel.

The cost for the room was equivalent to the stay. There is no in site self parking, only valet parking for $35 per night. I called for my car and was told 10 minutes and after 15 minutes the valet noticed me waiting and then went to get my car. The bed was very firm. The hotel is situated directly next to highways in the rear of the property contributing to noise. (Roads only feet from touching the building.) The desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Clean and great amenities and staff! I Would not stay at this location again only due to the lack of ‘self parking’ onsite. Only option is Valet or public parking.

There is constant noise coming from the ventilation, so loud you must wear ear plugs to be able to rest. You can purchase breakfast with your booking, but they will still interrogate you daily about why you are eating their subpar buffet. Spend the extra few bucks & go stay down the block at the Hilton, much nicer and a more comprehensive bang for your buck.
