Convenient
The staff were very helpful. We decided to return our rental car after arrival at the hotel so that we would not have to deal with it at 4:30am. We made the decision based on the excellent shuttle service at the hotel. We also did not to deal with the pay-by-phone approach to parking at the hotel. We had a bad experience with the scan and pay for parking requirement at a site earlier in the day.

Rather underwhelmed by our stay. Clean and safe, but overpriced for service and quality. Continental breakfast is $9 rather than complimentary. Hotel wifi is paid or Hilton Honors required (which we have), but even then it was so poor we just used our cell service. Pool is small and no spa; fitness center is small as well. Location is what you pay for and what you get—but there’re many other options. We won’t be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out for Todd the shuttle driver. He did a couple of extra stops for us that were above and beyond. Housekeeping missed a cup on the bathroom floor behind the trash can. The bathroom ceiling could use some attention. Other than that the room and facilities were comfortable and adequate for our needs.

Great staff and clean room - only issue are the 3 elevators which are so slow I advise staying on floor 1 or 2. Staff is aware but not sure if this will ever get better.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle because they told me to wait in the wrong area and then proceeded to cause confusion. Other than that it was average I guess. They ended up giving us a shuttle ride immediately to the airport when requested I will say but overall had a bad experience

The location of this property is very good. Close to the MoA, IKEA and tram stations. The reason for the poor rating is the $10 per day parking fee - have not had to pay this at other hotels in the vicinity. Also, rooms are only cleaned every other day, so if you want fresh towels or paper products, you have to hunt these down yourself. Room had thick layer of dust and the floors were filthy. No safety deposit box in any of the rooms, which is not ideal but not the reason for the rating. Staff at the front desk were hit and miss. Some were friendly and helpful. Others seemed like you were inconveniencing them and not so pleasant to deal with. Won’t be staying at this hotel going forward and wouldn’t recommend it to others.
