Booked a 2 night stay. Hotel was clean, front desk service was polite & helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, I wanted to take the pillows because they were like sleeping on clouds. Breakfast area was clean and delicious. Location is great for downtown Minneapolis. Only negative was a the drain in the tub didn’t drain and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly.

The service was first rate from the moment we walked in. I can only assume it was a manager helping us but she was fantastic. Recommendations on places to visit was fabulous! She also went out of her way with our room and check in! Thanks for a wonderful short getaway!

Kelly at the front desk was excellent, all the staff was very good. The walk way to the baseball ballpark was great, especially since it was cold and rainy. Will stay here again.
