Was very unhappy there was not enough parking at this property. Had to search and go inside and ask to park in non-parking area and walk around in the coal with a desk clerk to find somewhere to park. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Parking lot was treacherous… I understand about ice & snow, however a plan to clear parking should be a must. Question to ponder…What happened to a hotel guest who slips & injures themselve? Hotel should be liable

The only knock I have was that we stayed 4 nights, and had room service 1 time. That one time, the room was cleaned, but the bed wasn't made. Not sure why.

We checked in late at night so expected it would be ready since check in was 3pm. We had to wait an hr to it to be ready, and even then the extra bed/pillows still werent in there. Then we had to go down 3 times to ask for the extra pillows/bed and were already exhausted from a 5hr drive plus our activity that day. The breakfast was probably the best part of our stay!

The room was very dirty I when to the front desk I tell them and they give me another room and that was worths smalls a lot of mold and humidity so when back to the front desk and they give me another’ room so finally that was ok I like to get my money back
