We checked in late at night so expected it would be ready since check in was 3pm. We had to wait an hr to it to be ready, and even then the extra bed/pillows still werent in there. Then we had to go down 3 times to ask for the extra pillows/bed and were already exhausted from a 5hr drive plus our activity that day. The breakfast was probably the best part of our stay!

The room was very dirty I when to the front desk I tell them and they give me another room and that was worths smalls a lot of mold and humidity so when back to the front desk and they give me another’ room so finally that was ok I like to get my money back

Everything was okay the breakfast needed something to be desired the sausages were probably not cooked thoroughly and were cold eggs were not fully cooked fresh pastries or donutswould be better than old dry Little Debbie's
