The best thing about this hotel is probably the rooms but everything else has gone downhill these past couple of years. They waited until the day of to send a message that there was a $15 per day parking fee and then for 2 rooms there was a fee of $200 which was not disclosed before hand.And when we emailed them about it they said it was because "other hotels charge too", but you'd think that'd be more insentive to not charge so more people stay.And then there is the fact that the water park closed at 8 for some reason? It is pretty ridiculous saying that there was so many other things open later so the fact that it closed at 8 was pretty stupid. My family and I used to LOVE staying here but now we probably won't be staying here unless things change.

A power outage caused a shut down of the water park and the majority of the facility almost the entire time of our stay. Very disappointing for the kids who were looking forward to using the waterpark, arcade, etc. We had to leave the facility for breakfast in the morning because everything was still shut down. I have reached out to customer service multiple times asking for compensation and have had no response. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

The beds were uncomfortable and did not have enough bedding . My kids were freezing in the bunk beds without a proper blanket. We had to ask for more blankets but they only provided a rough, thin blanket. It’s very overcrowded which makes the water park a very overstimulating place to be.

I took my family to the Great Wolf for a weekend vacation. It was easy to find and nice and close to the MOA. We loved the free wolf ears upon arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a nice size and clean. I’m picky about lighting and did not like the cool toned lightbulbs in every lamp because it was not cozy. I also would have liked it if the window opened, even just a little. There were lots of options for things to do for the kids which is great, but they were all crammed in one spot, making it a very congested, busy place. We did not dine in so I do not know what the food is like. On the day we checked out, we tried to get a donut from Dunkin’ but they were all out (we tried at 11 o’clock). The pool area was super busy, and the lazy river was more like a chaotic river, and not relaxing with the amount of people that were in it. Two of the waterslides were closed during our entire stay. Some random lightning shut down the tower slides for a good part of the day which was unfortunate but unavoidable. The main entrance for the big multi person tube slide was blocked off so we had to walk all the way around to get up the stairs. There was no hot tub, which I found unusual. We did go swimming on the day of check out (Sunday) And it was less busy and more enjoyable. I think if I ever went back to this hotel, it would be during the week to try and avoid all the craziness of the weekend.

Nice place to stay clean & quite I didn’t like the hidden fees after paying so much to stay already with the third party booking it became a bit confusing & they were not promote on getting back with me over bill charges
