Usually the rooms are spotless, this trip the floors were very dirty, it was a short stay I didn’t say anything. They have great flooring, they need to mop them though. If they sweep, do all the rooms, especially behind the doors.

The room itself was decent. The size was nice. Loved that it had separate sleeping area with a door. Kitchen was nice as well. The bathroom was below average. Tile falling off wall as well as plastic from the ceiling. The hallways were smelly and outside garbage cans were overflowing.

This hotel was mid, at best. I booked a suite for my family and I. The rooms were less than what I expected. The tub drained really slow. I used the gym, which had minimal cardio equipment and the pool was hella small. The best part of the hotel was the view from my windows. Also, there are some really good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was really nice and very professional. Overall, my stay was comfortable, I just expected more.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to plumbing issues for part of my stay, and the Wi-Fi only seemed to work in the hallway of my floor.

I liked the area, the pool was perfect. The hotel itself was safe, clean, quiet. Great location. The only annoying thing was waiting around for staff to be available whenever we had a concern. Breakfast ends at 10, but food started running out at 9 and when we asked if there was anything else available, someone said they would get more and just never came back. Hopefully that’s something they can fix soon, because it’s a very convenient area for us to visit family and easily access the city.

Unclean room but good hotel overall
A good hotel over all. However our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and the receptionist was the only one there at the time and was only able to give us bedding to change our own linens since the initial ones did not appear to be clean so that was a little odd. Otherwise the stay was great.

Maybe the hotel was getting ready to replace the carpet throughout, but there’s no reason to not shampoo them before that. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH stained gross carpet. The food was meh. They didn’t have enough workers for any part of the business. Not recommended.
