The room had a kitchenette. There was one coffee cup, no water or wine glasses, no silverware, no pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Inquired at the front desk for some of these items and the person working did not know where to get these or if there even were any available. No smart TV options, such as Netflix. Hard floors and leather couch made the room cold and definitely not a cozy place to hang out. No extra blankets in the room. Canceled a future reservation at this property and will not be staying there again.

Staff were excellent, breakfast pretty typical for the level of hotel, beds were cozy. Place/area was quiet but we were there during the middle of the week. "Blackout" shades on windows didn't work - they don't cover the whole window, defeating the purpose. Shower pressure was good however the tub was clogged/very slow draining so that made my shower quick. Hair all over the bathroom, rusted/water damaged walls and doors, ceiling plaster above the shower falling down. Had to wash my feet/my kiddos feet after walking around on the laminate flooring - our feet were pretty much black on the bottom from the dirt and dust.

Nice hotel, worth the stay

We had stayed at a GrandStay Hotel last Summer. When we saw this as an option through Hotes.com we booked it. We found the rooms (suite) very nice. One queen bed was kind of sloped towards the middle of the mattress but it was fine yo sleep on. Ther was no carpeting in the room. It would be nice to have an area rug in the sitting area. There was plenty of water pressure for the shower! The elevator was very slow. The breakfast was so so, scrambled eggs along side of little sausage balls. We thought that was a little strange. They could have had some gravy to go with that. The coffee was very good. Given everything we experienced at this hotel, we are very satisfied with the four night stay. We would recommend this hotel to others

Location is fantastic but you've really let the place go! If renovations are complete then a terrible job has been done. My shower ceiling is peeling, scuff marks on the walls, hole in a wall and more....breakfast was great.
