They allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful! The process was quick and easy. Beds were a bit hard but everything was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will stay here agsin!

The Salvation Army service center was located across the parking lot. There were a number of homeless people on the streets around. I do want to say, though, there were no problems whatsoever. Just wanted to make sure I was honest in disclosing this.

The Salvation Army resource center is located directly behind the hotel. Although there were no problems whatsoever, there were a lot of people roaming the street around. Again, there were no problems or issues. Just wanted to honestly disclose this.

The halls smelled like sewage and someone near us had loud music going til 5am. At first we thought it was the elevator but one of us sat by the elevator and one in the room and listening for yhe elevator yo be in use anf it was noy the noise that we were hearing in our room. We also couldn't hear the music in the hallway or even other people talking in their rooms.
