One of MPLS best hotels

The staff was so nice and helpful, be mindful that parking is around the corner and underground. Otherwise they offer valet but it’s worth it to just find the parking yourself. Everything was comfortable in our room and I have zero complaints

You were treated very well there. They helped you out with whatever you needed. They even extended the restr time so when we came back from the ac/dc concert we had a place to eat. I would go back there the next time I'm in town.

The front desk staff was terrible. The gentlemen that checked me in made fun of my accent and was not helpful pointing me in the direction of markets and restaurants. The room wasn't as pictured, but clean. The gentleman at the front desk was upsetting.
