The room vents for heating and air were dusty or moldy in both the main room and bathroom. There were areas in the bathroom near toilet plumbing and shower that were brown or has substances we didn’t do and should have been cleaned better.

We had 3 people, Only 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel. Bath towel was mold stained. Couch bed sheets had stains all over them. The next day no one came in to clean or change towels even though we asked. Very poor for a Double Tree.😥😢

The location was not what i expected. The building looked run down. Service was not friendly. I was really surprised that we had to PAY FOR PARKING! this was the first one heard of this Hilton. No breakfast included either. Definitely NOT worth the stay and definitely will not be back to that location

Did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking in the parking lot. We did not have to do that the last time we stayed here. It was also tedious to have to pay for the parking to a separate company - it could not be added to the room charge.

This property is in a weird location, nothing walking distance, which was fine i drove or took a Lyft. But what got me was the lack of Hot water! I drove up 2 1/2 hours straight from work. So i wanted to shower and out of my work clothes, however, after letting the shower run on hottest setting for 15 minutes still only resulted in lukewarm water. I told the front desk and they offered to move down a few doors on the same floor. I said would that even make a difference, doest all tge water for that floor come from tge same spot. I let it be, stayed in my room. I did have hot water the next morning, but tried to shower Sunday before i left and it was lukewarm again! Not sure if i will stay here again or not.
