To be honest, it was not so bad if you’re planning to stay for a night or two.The only concern is to those people who’s very sensitive to noise. Literally you could hear even the smallest footsteps and movement from the other rooms, so for sure that from the other side of the room, they can definitely hear you too! Not advisable for people who works online and is planning to stay to relax for a long time. Room’s neat and tidy overall.

We were asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room at check in and agreed. The jacuzzi was in the main room not the bathroom and looked old and dirty. We were right next to the elevator that was incredibly mechanically noisy. It did not anuiet down until 1:00 am due to a wedding group staying there. When asked via text how our stay was going, we got no response beyond we will get back to you shortly.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part, there was something smeared on the doors and on our comforter. Toilet in our room didnt flush great. But beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and seemed updated.

The bathtub hadn't been cleaned as there were some hairs and the tub was chipping so standing in it felt gritty. There was also a ton of dust on the wall above the shower indicating they rarely wipe the walls. The vent did not work.

Property was obviously "updated" but did not meet standard expected for a Radisson. Breakfast was basic. Elevator and 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. We checked out after one night and owner/operator was knocking on our door to find out when we were leaving.

It is need of a little TLC. I used to stay there a lot two years ago and it was a lot better. Had one rude lady at the front desk. But the others were very nice she is why I marked it down one.
