The staff were very helpful and friendly, however the room was not as clean as I would have liked or even felt comfortable with - there were stains on the sheets and blankets, there was an order that lingered during our whole stay The fridge was broken, and it looked like the room hadn't been dusted. It was not what I expected, considering the price. The fitness facility was dirty as well. We couldn't even enjoy the hot-tub bc of the crowds of kids in there, which I do not blame the hotel for, it was after all Spring Break.

Convenient location to stay at when visitong the Mall of America. It is within walking distance to the mall. All of the staff that I engaged with were so very nice and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Only constructive feedback I would give is the breakfast area is small for so many guests; but what are you going to do, right? I would definitely stay again.

We really like the convenience of having two restaurants attached. The complimentary breakfast was good. When we checked into our room, the sink hadn't been cleaned and had a lot of hair all over it - it was gross!
