The room was without a tub. The shower overflowed and flood the whole bathroom. The front office said they would send housekeeping and maintenance to take care of the problem. No one came during our 3 day stay. We wiped up the bathroom floor with our towels. I asked for a new room but was told they were booked full. Then I asked for fresh towels. We were given 3 pool towels not bath towels. And the front desk said they would have housekeeping send us towels for the next day. Nothing was done. Finally on our last night when I asked again for fresh towels the staff member at the front desk said he would deliver towels in about 15 minutes. He actually brought clean towels. We left the next morning with a pile of wet towels from our first night still heaped in the bathroom. I cannot believe how terrible our stay was.

Everything was good except the side entrance door did not work when scanning from the outside. We had to walk around to the front with all of our luggage to enter. The sad part was that the front desk didn't tell us that at check in. She did not mention about the complimentary breakfast or anything. They only have a QR code for people to look up their welcome page, TV channel, and other information. People without a smartphone would not be able to access any information.

Even a penny pincher wouldn’t stay here.
I would sleep in my car before staying in this place. Safety wise, this should be a spot the cops hang out. Likely drugs being sold as well as other illegal things happening at this place.

Two weekends in a row, never again.
We stayed here two weekends in a row. On both rooms the toilet seat was loose, the shower curtains did not stay closed, the halls and rooms smelled of marijuana, the doors to get in the building required a room key that has a magnetic strip but the hotel rooms have been changed to RFID keys meaning when you are trying to get in from outside you have to go in through the main door only. The parking lot is in dire need of repainting the lines and is inadequate for the number of rooms in each wing. The desk staff was pleasant, but housekeeping was trying to get in our room at 8:00 in the morning, waking us up. The breakfast was gone and we had to go find someone to refill everything rather than monitoring and maintaining it. The pool has adult-only hours and was FILLED with kids during those hours. I chose to not review after the first stay to see if our experiences were from a bad weekend, but I was wrong.

Front desk people did not seem like totally new what they were doing. One helping left and other one came in to finish. Not very friendly. TV in room wasnt working found it unplugged. Plugged in empty slot still didnt work so.unplugged microwave and TV was fine so bad plug. Bed was comfortable got good sleep. Could have used heavier or more covers on bed until air got warmer after turning down AC. Breakfast was good. Wasnt worst place to stay could just use some maintenance and maybe a sprucing up of place. Carpet in hall looked old.
