The bathroom was not finished: needed painting, debris in the sink, there was conditioner but no shampoo. Construction noise. The beds were noisy. The two men at the front desk were less than welcoming, the woman there on the day we left was quite nice and smiling.

Unfortunately our room was located right by the pool, fitness center and vending machines so there was pretty constant noise. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to control. Air would run and it would be cold, then it would shut off and get really warm. This along with the too firm mattresses made for very little sleep.
