The toilet wobbled as the part that screws it to the floor was broken and shower drain was slow/clogged? Entire place smelled damp.

OK in a pinch
Upon arrival, there was a pickup truck across the entrance, with old countertops on the sidewalk. Construction was underway inside, including at the check-in desk. Hot tub was out of order. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room had stir sticks on the floor. Black out shade only covers 1/3 of the window, so was quite bright in the room at night due to external lighting.
