Staff tried to charge me for park in fly after I had already informed him I was parking at the airport. Once checked in, went up to the room and was there maybe 5 mins before there was a MOUSE that ran across the floor in our room. It was so gross. Went to the front desk and he had an attitude and rolled his eyes. Didn’t seem surprised at all. Don’t be fooled by the front entrance. Once on the elevator and going up to rooms, it is extremely dirty. Don’t stay here. Unfriendly staff and disgusting rooms.

Everything was fine except I forgot my plug for my phone charger. I found that the TV had a USB port but only worked if the TV was turned on. Later I discovered the room phone had 2 USB ports but neither seemed to work and there was also a short cable with multiple plugs on it but it was frayed and also did not work. I ended up using the TV one and covered the screen with my jacket so I could sleep. So that's my only complaint and if I hadn't forgotten my USB plug I would not have discovered these things. I also appreciated the early morning shuttle service to the airport.
